We process emails you send (address + message) to handle inquiries and server logs (IP, timestamp, URL, user-agent) to run and secure the site; no cookies; cookie-free anonymized analytics by Framer B.V. (not personal data); no automated decision-making.

Processors/recipients (Art. 13(1)(e), 28)
Framer B.V. (NL/EEA) hosting & anonymized analytics; Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace email) with Google LLC (US) as support sub-processor.

Transfers (Art. 44–49)
If support involves the US, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention (Art. 13(2)(a))
Emails kept only as needed to respond/legal duties; logs kept ~30 days (longer only for security/legal reasons).

Provision (Art. 13(2)(e))
Email is voluntary but required to receive a reply; logs are necessary to provide the site.
